Our online webstore offers a delivery within 2-3 business days in the region of Hungary and surrounding countries, detailed shipping periods are indicated on the list below.

We’re offering a delivery to 14 countries within 2-6 business days for our customers with a fee of maximum 20 euros per package. Feel free to contact us under the information e-mail of info@laletakinga.com to know further informations about your delivery, as shipping to the United States and other countries not mentioned before can varie.
We cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated in case of unpredictable shipping conditions, however, we’re still standing still with the aim of getting your delivery between the safest and best conditions possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Laleta cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Laleta.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS
For orders in the EU, Laleta accepts the following payment methods:
-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Laleta will not refund these charges.
We accept one form of payment per order.

TAXES AND DUTIES
The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude import fees (customs duties and taxes) if these are applicable.
